The restaurant is the work of the d'Halluin couple, who have a proven track record with a number of fine restaurants on the coast, including the famous Brouette de Grand-Mère in Cannes and the Relais de la Pinède in Mouans-Sartoux. Their cuisine is traditional and authentic, prepared with a selection of local produce. The varied menus are prepared according to the market, and the desserts are all homemade. And what about the homemade pizzas and Sunday roast pig! All in a magnificent, peaceful setting in the shade of the Grand Saule tree. As a bonus, a warm welcome awaits you.

Nous ne regrettons pas cet arrêt déjeuner (un vendredi midi, sans avoir réservé) sur la route Napoléon, au cours de notre trajet qui nous conduisait de chez nous, Praz-sur-Arly (Hte-Savoie), à Mandelieu (06).
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique, le cadre, et le rapport qualité-prix pour un repas très fin et copieux. BRAVO et MERCI. Bernard Demonchy
