The century-old Spéracèdes mill combines tradition and modernity. Although over 100 years old, it now uses state-of-the-art steel mixers, replacing the old millstones and presses. The oil is produced from November to March, using olives from the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions. Tours of the mill are available during this period. At the end of the tour, you can buy olive oil, tapenade, cookies or anchoïade directly from the on-site store or online. A real treat!
