LE GOURMAND
Restaurant with a friendly atmosphere where the Piedmontese culinary tradition is passed on from generation to generation.
Here the kitchen is a family affair and especially for women. The grandmother and mother of the owner were also restaurateurs in the Roya valley. The Piedmontese culinary tradition is passed on: a cuisine of fresh produce, vegetables, lamb, veal, beef and of course pasta. Specialities of the Gourmand, the Sugelli, these small shell-shaped pastas, and the homemade ravioli. The dishes are copious and very well done. About thirty places inside in a simple family decoration, books on the shelves on the walls, and magazines available to the gourmands alone at the table create a convivial atmosphere.

C'est une affaire familiale, le fils au service et très avenant, le papa à la plonge et la maman à la cuisine.
Un régal on repart contents ????
