Inn in an enchanting setting with comfortable rooms in a wooden chalet atmosphere
The inn is part of the hamlet of Castérino. Cut off from the world by storm Alex, it reopened its doors in May 2023. Sisters Dominique and Audrey are the third generation to offer a warm welcome. The 10 rooms, with their wooden chalet ambience, are comfortable and equipped with private bathrooms. In the beautiful rustic dining room, adorned with a stone fireplace, you can sample local and Piedmont cuisine: trout en papillote with nettle cream, polenta lasagne with gorgonzola and wild spinach, wild boar daube with porcini mushrooms...
