A short distance from Nice nestles a small pearl situated on the edge of a peaceful road in a building that was once a tramway station, post office relay station and municipal school. With its warm family atmosphere, La Capeline welcomes you with a generous seasonal cuisine. Dishes from Nice and specialities from the Estéron valley cohabit on a menu which includes seasonal products and perpetuates traditional recipes: zucchini flower fritters, salade niçoise, pelotons (ravioli without paste made from herbs, chard and spinach), pissaladière, polenta, panisse, daube à la niçoise, merda di can, ravioli, gnocchi or even wild boar stew. In the room with its rustic décor or on the terrace with its arbour, the love of the land is transmitted with heart and authenticity.

Le personnel est chaleureux (mention spéciale pour le serveur) , la cuisine est une VRAIE cuisine locale (de saison, et maison), et les tarifs sont correct. Je recommande l'assiette regroupant les diverses spécialités locales, excellente et généreuse.
Ps: si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez approcher une partie de la faune locale qui aime se balader et grignoter dans les environs ;)
