In his gourmet bistro, chef Julien Bousseau offers homemade, local and organic French cuisine, where refinement rhymes with creativity. So as not to tire our taste buds, the menu changes regularly according to the season's produce, around a meat, fish or noble vegetable, then declined in starter and main course. We also appreciate the wine list, as Le Clovis is also a wine bar, with cheese and charcuterie boards.
