Ferme Le Merinos is a farm located in Utelle, in the Alpes-Maritimes. It offers an authentic, family-style culinary experience, using mainly products from their own farm. The farm has 400 Merinos ewes grazing on 800 hectares at an altitude of 800 meters. In addition to sheep farming, the farm also produces beef, pork and poultry, as well as farm-approved charcuterie. Farm products are available for sale on site, in a producer's store, and in the "Le Panier de la Manda" store. Le Merinos Farm also offers an on-farm catering service, where visitors can sample dishes made with products from the farm. Capacity is 30 people, and reservations are required. The farm also offers a catering service for weddings, buffets, fairs and exhibitions.
