Built with the help of Valbonne's municipal services, this pretty little natural setting houses a goat dairy, a cheese factory, a hay storage area and accommodation for the goatherds. Designed as an educational space open to all, La Chèvrerie de Valbonne promotes quality products. Françoise and Emmanuel proudly welcome visitors to discover their organically-farmed Chamoises Alpines goats. On Saturday afternoons, other local producers join them to present their products (honeys, saffron, vegetables, etc.).
