NAPOLÉON À GOLFE-JUAN
Go there and contact
Back from the island of Elba, Napoleon and his troops mounted on seven ships sailed from Portoferraio and stopped on 1 March 1815 in Gulf-Juan harbour on the Côte-Azur coast. During a weekend every two years is thus reconstituted the landing of the emperor on the beach around a live show setting up two hundred soldiers as well as grimés actors under the traits of Napoleon and his generals. Enthusiasts will also appreciate the Napoleonic village of tents erected on the car park of the old port which hosts numerous exhibitors and animations on the theme of the First Empire.
