PÂTISSERIE PALANQUE
Outside the old village, this brand, created in 1927 and still run by the same family, offers the whole range of pastry and chocolate creations: macaroons, financiers and homemade chocolates with sometimes original flavours and made from high quality raw materials. Old-fashioned breads, made with natural leaven, kneaded and baked in the bakery are also available, as well as the organisation of cocktails or buffets (mini-sandwiches, canapés, salads, cold meat and fish, cornucopia, set pieces...). The signature of the house is the Craquelin whose original recipe is kept secret. This tender brioche sprinkled with almonds and caramel has become the sweet speciality of Vence.
