The Pasteur parking is a large covered building located in the north of the city. It can be easily reached by the outside boulevards (Boulevard Aristide Briand then Avenue Pasteur on the right). If you arrive north of the city by Delattre Avenue in Tassigny, you just have to take Henri Bridgeman Avenue which runs through the hospital. If you park in this place to reach the centre, you go down rue Gaston de Saporta, who passes through the cathedral and you can quickly access the place of the Archdiocese (festival of Lyrique art) and then the town hall.
