Home-made food with fresh products in a fast-food restaurant
Fast food is getting gentrified! Pierre-François (everyone calls him Pierre) Giuge, who opened this chain in a little street at the top of the Cours Mirabeau, works with fresh produce and focuses on pretty presentations, gourmet flavors and a few culinary inventions to wake up our taste buds. On the menu: special breads and a variety of ingredients for your sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts of the day, like this carrot cake, and smoothies. So, foie gras burger or soup of the day? To eat in or take away? The chef has his own suppliers: bread from the famous Marseille bakery of Saint-Victor Abbey, market produce, ham on the bone and meats from the butcher's shop, charcuterie du Palais. Our favorites are the famous carrot, ginger and coconut milk soup with roasted hazelnuts, and the delicious tajine dish with preserved lemon. Desserts are homemade and the menu changes weekly.

Personnel sympathique !
Merci
