a gourmet spot offering excellent cuisine in a bistro atmosphere
Cozy atmosphere at the Old Canailles in the rue Isolette. From the friendly canals that arrived from the Ardennes in 2015 on Aix with the intention of making this place a beacon of gourmets and good and that is the case, we come for this! To begin with, Pierre Hochart, creator of the sign, tested all the areas he proposed in wine cellar (on site or to take away). They are slate and some of them are offered for glass. The very small room in length opens onto the raised kitchen of a few steps. There are two tables on the sidewalk. In the plate, the ingredients are well controlled. We start with a simple mouth made of a fruity organic olive oil cut from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and the slices of good bread to seal. Then bone roast bone marrow, ham pork jam sweet sweet sauce. Finally, a bitter black chocolate ganache and biscuit sanded with hazelnuts and caramel or a Banon goat cheese base for amateurs and history to finish its glass. The detail that makes the difference: fabric towels.

The waiter was so arrogant - white old man, probably racist!
Worst experience in the town.
Stay away!
Rester 20 minutes dehors.
Mon RDV PLAISIR !
