Gourmet cuisine based on fresh produce in a restaurant located on the large Place des Cadreurs in Aix-en-Provence.
Located on the large Place des Cardeurs, you recognise Le Bidule by its beautiful olive tree on the terrace and its nice interior decoration, both vintage and trendy. You will prefer the terrace to the dining room which is a little noisy when there are a lot of people. Polo, the owner present in the evening, goes to the market to stock up on vegetables, herbs and fresh fruit. Here, neither frozen products, nor vacuum-packed products! We like the camembert roasted with honey and its pan-fried shallot confit; the tartar of rumstek heart made with a knife accompanied by homemade fries, mixed salad and preserved tomatoes. Hats off to the tasty and varied burgers. Gourmets will enjoy the homemade cheese cake. You will be seduced by the generous portions and the adjusted price of the lunch menus (with coffee or a glass of wine included). Some evenings, Le Bidule livens up. From October to the end of April, every Monday, it is tapas aperitif and entertainment. All year round, every Wednesday gives way to live music. When it comes to the Sunday brunch, it has been so successful that you have to book several weeks in advance. On the menu: fresh fruit pressed on request, homemade brownies, morning fruit salad, jams made by the grandmother, Bagel, club sandwich, desserts, coffee... a treat!

Installé à l'intérieur, dans un passage exigu et en courant d'air. Va et vient incessant des serveuses, nous avions l'impression de gêner.
Malgré celà nos burgers étaient bon.
