Open 24 hours a day, Le Cintra, a true Aix institution, is just a stone's throw from the Rotonde. It's the ideal place to eat like a brewery at any time of the day or to have a drink after the last film or a night out at the club. It is both a bar with a wide choice of beers and a brasserie with a long classic menu: mussels and chips, andouillette, beef rib, duck breast, wolf, sauerkraut... The dishes are copious, the service fast and the entertainment regular.

Que dire ? De passage à Aix, nous avons commis l’erreur de nous aventurer dans cette brasserie. L’omelette réchauffée accompagnée de frites ou plutôt de queue de frites tellement elles étaient petites et cuites dans un bain d’huile que je n’ose imaginer tellement j’ai peur … comment peut-on se dire restaurateur quand on sert une cuisine pareille ?

Un soir de janvier ... Viande réchauffée insipide. Frites trop cuites huile sans doute utilisée x fois. Vin au verre bof. Ambiance piano bof. Si vous jettez un œil à l état de la cuisine ... vous comprenez mieux. Bref, ne pas y aller sauf si vous n avez pas d autres choix. Service bon.
