Chaque plat est ciselé, fin, frais… étonnant !
C’est celui qui cuisine le plat qui sert et achève le dressage à table ce qui concourt au sentiment de simplicité, de partage, d’intimité où le centre de gravité est… l’assiette !
C’est dingue !
Il faut faire beaucoup de kilomètres pour mieux manger qu’à cette table !
