In the heart of old Aix, this bistronomic restaurant, set in two small adjoining bistro-style rooms, offers a daily selection of wild fish and purebred meats, three starters and as many desserts. Chef William Aubert, who has worked in many fine establishments, offers a highly refined cuisine based on fresh, inspired and elegantly presented ingredients. The menu changes every two weeks, but the classics remain. You can even take a seat in the exceptional cellar put together by sommelier Eric Jaeggy. Everything is cooked to order!

Amoureux des vins c’est le lieu idéal autour de bouchées gourmandes. Une décoration raffinée une ambiance douce et détendue . Mais surtout des vins exceptionnels.
