Succulent dishes based on shellfish, concocted by the starred chef Jean-Luc Rabanel in Arles.
It is the latest of the michelin-starred chef Jean-Luc Rabanel. After his Atelier and A côté, here is Iode. A restaurant (located just next to the other two) dedicated to shellfish and crustaceans. A note to those interested! Because here, we highlight the extreme freshness of the products. Also on the menu: Mediterranean wild fish, wolves, royal bream and other dentis minute plancha grilled and sushi. The Rabanel touch as well of course.

Service de réservation en ligne compliqué. Impossible de ne prendre qu’un plat ou une entrée on est forcé à prendre entrée + plat ou plat + dessert. Pas possible de changer le moindre élément dans un plat « le chef est très stricte » tout ça pour une cuisine plus que médiocre. Le pauvre personnel qui est en tenue complète cravatée à 40 degrés fait son possible pour nous être agréable mais n’a aucun pouvoir. A fuir donc
