Très bon restaurant
Nous avions réservés un nuit (chambre d'hôtes au-dessus du restaurant) accompagné du menu signature en 9 temps (supplément vins en accord). Le repas fût excellent et raffiné, le plat signature exceptionnel et les vins en accord surprenant (tous de la région). Visite du chef au milieu du repas qui fût une agréable surprise. Concernant la chambre, impeccable (insonorisée, propre) Très bon petit déjeuner (un peu trop gros même...). Si vous venez en voiture, il faut se garer assez loin.

Quelle découverte et quelle créativité ! Une vraie surprise. Une cuisine vraiment étonnante, un vrai moment de plaisir! Le seul bémol, un service trop rapide. Nous aurions aimé être plus à l'aise .

To be allee twice, I must say on the contrary that what we have been eating was exceptional and generally experience was unforgettable. A tasting menu that did not finish any: 13 main courses finer, well-presented unexpected ones that the others, an intelligence in the extraordinary alliance of flavours, wines and original relevant, while staying in the wines of the region that the sommelier chooses going to the site. I recommend without reserve.
