Museum housing an astonishing one-third cutaway model of the last steam engine to travel the rails of Alsace
The first room of this museum is dedicated to railway equipment: tools, caps, old tickets, lanterns and also includes an astonishing one-third scale model of the last steam engine to run on the Alsatian rails. The second room presents other 1/20th scale models, running at full speed on the rails and spitting fire and smoke. Finally, the smaller scale model tries to compete with a life-size locomotive driver's cab.
