At the entrance of Carry-le-Rouet, this recent luxury hotel residence is composed of spacious studios and apartments (from 15 to 40 m2), bathed in light. It is well situated in a quiet and picturesque residential area with many bars, restaurants and shops. You won't miss its beautiful majestic facade and its palm trees. All studios or T2 are well equipped with a kitchenette and some have a balcony or terrace. Inside: a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, dining room and bedroom for the 2-room apartments, but for all of them a fully equipped kitchenette. We like the design and refined furniture and the view from the bay windows, the cosy comfort of the apartments. Formula with optional breakfasts and advantageous weekly prices. A nice pied-à-terre to enjoy the Côte Bleue.

P'tite chambre agréable, parfaite propreté, terrasse parfaite pour se relaxer très tranquillement. Aucun élément négatif. (Immobilier ancien, MAIS PROPRE! C'est l'essentiel).

Agréablement surpris! Avec les avis que nous avions pu voir, nous étions sur la réserve et près à prendre autre chose en dernière minute si ça n'allait pas... Au final très bon séjour! La résidence extérieur est juste WOUAH ????Et l'intérieur mériterait en effet peut être un petit rafraîchissement intérieur mais rien de catastrophique... Nous avons eu une superbe terrasse, spacieuse, bien équipée etc. Nous sommes vraiment ravie de notre court séjour dans cette résidence ????

Connu grâce à une promo , séjour de 3 nuits dans un studio-terrasse , bien grande mais celle du voisin donnait sur la notre !!! Très peu d'équipements dans la mini cuisine et beaucoup de choses à revoir pour un 3 étoiles : extérieur non entretenu , ascenseur qui tremble et porte qui a du mal à fermer , murs et plafonds pleins de traces , odeur nauséabonde ... bref pas mal à faire .
