Nestled in a small pedestrian street in Cassis, Le Bonaparte owes its name to Napoleon himself, who stayed in the same street on February 10, 1794. The welcome is warm and the local cuisine of good quality. The three menus at €32, €39 and €63 will satisfy all budgets and palates. At lunchtime, the €18 lunch menu defies all competition. The à la carte menu offers typical local cuisine: grilled fish or lobster, fish soup and mussels au gratin, as well as rump steak with pepper sauce and pork filet mignon.

You can't beat this family-run restaurant for professionalism, quality and service. Jean-Marie is a total legend. First ate there over 30 years ago. Never seen a guy work so hard, and well!

Petite surprise dans cette jolie ville de Cassis. Petit restaurant très simple mais avec un menu du jour le midi super. Pour 18 € vous avez un plat du jour, un dessert et un café. Imbattable pour la qualité car poisson frais et non surgelé et par rapport à certains restaurants au port qui pratiquent des prix non justifiés.

Merci à Jean-Marie et à son équipe pour cette belle soirée au Bonaparte. Un accueil souriant, une cuisine de qualité, des plats rectifiés avec justesse. La côte de bœuf comme le loup étaient savoureux et respectés par la maîtrise de la cuisson.
