Embark on a great journey 4 billion years back in time, to discover life-size dinosaurs outdoors and indoors. Located in a preserved natural environment, Paleopolis is a theme park dedicated to paleontology offering permanent exhibitions, virtual reality exhibitions, 3D animals. Numerous themed educational workshops, excavations, mineralogy, casting and cave art. In the Rhinopolis area, a permanent exhibition of 600 m² retraces in 15 sequences the common history of the extinct and current inhabitants of our planet. It's the evolution of life with more than 300 fossils that have populated the Earth with the famous T-Rex as a star. In the gallery of discoveries, admire the treasures of the mines of France revealing one of the most beautiful French collections of minerals with amazing shapes and colors. This is also where you will experience the Dino Experience, a real immersive dive to meet some particularly representative specimens including the famous Gannat rhinoceros. Discover the Lost World of Gannat, with a virtual reality headset, you will be carried away in a temporal whirlwind. Enter the Paleo-nautilus, to discover the underwater fauna that disappeared hundreds of millions of years ago. Don't miss the 4D film, projected on a giant screen and the Playmobil and Jurassic Park play areas. Children can become paleo-explorers or biologists at the Paleo Lab. Play areas and picnic areas.
