A kitchen from fresh products for original recipes in a place in the middle of nature in Eygalières.

A quiet place, in the middle of nature, relaxed and unpretentious, this is what L'Opale offers at first sight. Inside, the decoration is a surprisingly successful mix of classicism and modernity. We feel perfectly well. The staff is there to increase this feeling of being important. But it is in the plates that the spirit of the house is revealed. They are a pleasure for the eyes, before being a pleasure for the taste buds. The cooked products are fresh, the recipes original. You will have understood, we adopt it!

Closed from December to April. Open on Sundays for lunch. High season : from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Single menu at 49 €. A la carte menu : 28 € approximately. Brunch : 54 adult ; 24 € child.

Vraiment parfait comme toujours, la cuisine est delicieuse, le service parfait et le cadre magnifique, le sommelier jauffrey est de très bon conseil et adorable , et clémentine est au top , vivement la réouverture

Salle élégante, ambiance chaleureuse, et plats… délicieux : difficile de choisir tant les propositions sont alléchantes… et les plats copieux.
Une très belle étape gastronomique

We recently dinned in 4 different restaurants in the area, all high end. But l‘Opale was the best, in terms of setting, food and services.
We first enjoyed the sun set area, then went to our table on the terrace. Perfect food, the lobster entree is very good. Good selection of wines. Attentive service. We certainly can recommend this place and will come back.

Restaurant avec un cadre magnifique....des plats originaux et très bien élaborés, petit bémol sur le tout petit bol d'olive en guise d'apéritif et aucune carafe d'eau proposée pour le repas....à 80euros par personne c'est limite.....mais sinon c'est une belle expérience.
