Le Four Pop is the cool pizzeria of La Ciotat, modern and authentic at the same time. The restaurant is located in a quiet alley in the center leading to the marina. We advise you to start with a plate of tomatoes accompanied by a burrata from Puglia before going on with a pizza among the dozen variations. Baked in a magnificent wood-fired oven, their dough is thin and crispy with a homemade tomato coulis and toppings made from quality products. Finish with a homemade dessert. We love the care given to the decoration.

Nous avons pris 1 pizza 4 fromages à 16€et une à la truffe à 21€. Quasiment aucun goût de truffes, les pâtes n'étaient pas cuites. Nous soupçonnons également du fromage de très basse qualité, les styles de fromages recomposés ou reconditionnés pour que ça ressemble à du fromage sans que cela en ait la saveur et le goût. Nous n'y retournerons plus.
En plus le service est très bien, rapide et efficace et tout le monde est aimable. Allez-y sans hésiter.
