It provides us with superb seasonal recipes with Mediterranean accents, including beautiful inspirations in fish dishes. His cuisine is meticulous and inventive. The pleasure of the eyes is combined with that of the palate. The menu is short but appealing: 4 starters, 6 main courses and 4 desserts. Don't miss out on desserts, fall in love with the amazing "La carotte s'invite", a hazelnut-carrot biscuit topped with a creamy gourmet carrot and orange. Sunday brunch offers a very generous menu with sweet and savoury delicacies, hot and cold, of high quality.
