From true Naples-style pizzas, soft and supple, topped with tomato, basil and fior di latte for the simplest, to more complex and elaborate ones like the Scarola (marinated cherry tomatoes, braised lettuce, capers, taggiasche olives, fior di latte mozza and basil) or the Mortadella (ricotta cream, fior di latte mozza, mortadella and pistachio pesto). We loved the piquant Nduja Calabrian sausage!
