The Bouchon Provençal located on the place aux huiles, offers a traditional and varied bistro menu! As a starter, choose the black pudding cassolette or the octopus carpaccio. To follow, the two specialties of the house, the confit of lamb and its creamy polenta or the beef stew and its homemade purée.
