On the first floor of the Mercure Canebière-Vieux Port, this elegant brasserie is a place where tourists, travelers and locals mingle for a moment of intense gastronomy signed by the talented Noël Baudrand. The menu pays homage to the region's terroir. One of the highlights of the menu is the signature starter: the organic egg with the original tapenade, recreated by the chef 143 years after its creation by chef Meynier, right here within these walls. A tapenade unlike anything we know today. Fine, delicious from appetizer to dessert.
