La Mercerie is one of Marseille's new bistronomic, or even semi-gastronomic, addresses, which are the talk of the town, both locally and nationally, with Gault & Millau in particular praising it. A hybrid place dedicated to good food, of course, often taken over by teams invited to cook for an evening's "take-over". The restaurant is the brainchild of three gourmet adventurers: Harry Cummins in the kitchen, Laura Vidal, the sommelier, and Julia Mitton, the manager. Les plats sont excellents, même lorsque vous vous dirigez vers quelque chose qui ne correspond pas forcément à vos goûts à la base. Je crois que La Mercerie pourrait me faire aimer n'importe quel légume, même ceux que je déteste ???? !
J'apprécie également le fait qu'il n'y ait pas trop de choix à la carte, c'est souvent gage de qualité et c'est aussi plus facile de choisir ☺️
Bref, je recommande vraiment. C'est une très belle adresse où saveurs et amabilité du personnel sont au rendez-vous.
