Hotel with simple, furnished rooms offering good value for money in an area near the Opera House.

Good value for money for this hotel located just a stone's throw from the Old Port, in a booming Opera district. Admittedly, it is not classified but very correct and clean. Hard to find more competitive and so well located. The Hotel Beauséjour offers 17 rooms, single, double and triple, soberly furnished but with bathrooms with shower, toilet and television. A wifi connection is available and a not insignificant detail in Marseille, the rooms are air-conditioned. Pets are not allowed. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the hotel also offers room service. From the rooms, there is no incredible view but again, it is honest.

Increíble todo. Las camas cómodas, la habitación muy limpia, el personal super amable. No tiene ascensor pero la ubicación es perfecta. Super cómodo y recomendable!!

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't wait to leave. The place is motel quality, room and bathroom are very small (one couldn't sit straight on toilet) and water would splash outside everywhere when shower. Room floor is not leveled, no mirror in the room, no coffee/tea provided. Beds are ok and comfortable. Hotel has no elevator. From the street you need to climb up a long flight of stairs to reach the reception. Then from there each floor is 3 flights of stairs. So if you're on 3rd floor it's a hell of stairs to climb. Don't expect help from the personnel to bring down the suitcases! So for a big price tag of 140 euro/night, you're paying for the location that's all.
