Close to the Palais Longchamp and the lively Cinq-Avenues district, Le Vieux Moulin offers traditional French cuisine inspired largely by the island of beauty. The menu is small, but tempting and of high quality. Dishes are based on fresh, seasonal produce. We recommend the black rice risotto, for example, or, for a more Corsican experience, cannelloni with Brocciu or veal sauté à la corse. The menu changes according to the chef's mood. One of the few places in the area open for Sunday lunch. Impeccable service.
