Originally from Mali, he concocts fresh, tasty cuisine in this small restaurant-caterer (formerly a local butcher's shop), to be enjoyed on the sunny terrace or to take away. He brings his own personal touch to his organic, homemade, seasonal cuisine. Savory tarts (leeks, salmon and almonds or brousse, beet, sweet potato), wraps, octopus daube. The chocolate-chestnut-almond moelleux was as melting as you could wish for.
