Before submitting your biometric data, you must have completed the visa application form on the VFS website. This form must be signed by you at two locations (under the picture) and on the second page. You must accompany it with two identity photos in 50 mmx format 50 mm. The format is different from that issued by the traditional Photomatons. A Photomaton delivering the right format is available at the VFS premises. You must also provide a photocopy of the third page of your passport (the one that denies your identity).

A 10 jours du départ ils nous ont informés que les passeports avaient été perdus et se sont déculpabilisés en disant que c'était la faute du transporteur. A aucun moment ils n'ont essayé de nous aider dans les démarches pour faire les nouveaux passeports et visas.
