The very rich Basque cuisine was missing in the gastronomic landscape of Marseille. From now on, with the opening of this restaurant in 2021, this lack is repaired! Restaurant and delicatessen, Baskawaï offers a menu as generous as the cuisine of the Basque Country: piquillos with cod brandade in a sweet garlic and basil cream sauce, sautéed squid with parsley and chorizo, 8 o'clock pig in chorizo sauce... But also a vegetarian plate for those who prefer and dishes of the day that change every day like an aioli that lunch! The desserts are not in rest on the level of greediness, home made that goes without saying. Beautiful terrace and spacious room.
