She has taken over this former butcher's shop with brio and opened her own restaurant, while keeping the soul of the place. A pretty green patio crowns this address that we discover with delight. One comes here above all for the meat dishes, well cooked with noble products of the region. Classics of French gastronomy such as a black pudding with apples, a stuffed guinea fowl leg, but also choice meats.

J’avais hâte de déguster une bonne viande saignante
Tournedos Rossini sans truffe et ferré ( grillé d’un côté) immangeable et pour 33e
La salle du restaurant est sympa mais mériterait d’être plus pimpante et plus propre de même pour l’aperçu de la cuisine…..
Dans l’assiette la viande est tendre mais la sauce a l’air d’un banal fond de sauce peu goûteux.
La glace à la vanille arrive fondue ! Dommage !
Nous nous attendions à mieux compte tenu du parcours de la cheffe !
