Indigo Café is a Tex Mex restaurant located at Escale Borély since 1992. Inside a Mexican decay or on the terrace, start with a Mexican pressure: the cruzcampo, exclusive to Marseille! In the plate, you can choose among the classic tapas or flat versions: cactus salad, quesadillas, machos, fajitas, guacamole, tortilla, churasqueria, chili con carne, enchiladas, chimichangan, tacos, burritos… Also à la carte of compounds and many formulas adapted to all budgets. Lors du paiement le manager me fait gentiment remarquer qu’il nous a offert un verre de rosé ( ce qui a mon goût n’est pas suffisant) pour ensuite me dire « mademoiselle dans 25 ans nous mangerons tous des cafards »
