LA MOULE MANIA
A cuisine based on sea products appears on the menu of a rather explicit restaurant in Martigues.
The name of the restaurant is self-explanatory: at Moule Mania, special care is taken to cook the little black-shelled bivalve mollusc, available in a dozen hot versions. But not only. All the other shellfish and crustaceans found in the Mediterranean are also on the menu. The fish (no farmed fish here) of the day comes from Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône and Marseille. Even the wine growers whose bottles appear on the menu are rigorously selected in the area.
