Le Goûthé de Maussane is a restaurant located in a small recess next to the butcher's shop. It has a small terrace and a pretty dining room with exposed stone walls. The cuisine on the slate is simple, warm and based on fresh produce: you'll find boards of Corsican charcuterie and cheeses, stuffed potatoes, lasagne and many other tasty dishes. The restaurant also serves as a tea room. The traditional desserts and pastries, which can be sampled for a snack, are succulent.
