Hotel-restaurant offering a stay and a bistronomic cuisine full of flavours and creativity at low prices.

Rousset is a charming village in the Arc Valley, located at the foot of Sainte-Victoire, between vineyards and olive groves. This hotel-restaurant Logis is on the edge of the handicraft area and the Arc. It is an old restored stable with beams and apparent stones. Chef Frédéric Bixio, stamped master chef since December 2013, offers bistronomic cuisine: flavor, simplicity, creativity, all at a soft price. And his "chocolate suicide" is getting damp. We also like the child menu to put a real piece of beef or fresh fish on the table. And to extend the pleasure, you can stay in one of the 12 charming rooms. Un fiasco du début à la fin. A notre arrivée, personne à l'accueil alors qu'on nous a demandé d'arriver à 19h15. Les apéritifs arrivent en même temps que les boissons, portées sous les bras ! Tous les plats sont fades, faits avec des produits peu qualitatifs, le tartare de saumon est plein de peaux blanches, la bourride de rougets contient plus d'autres poissons. Attente interminable et pour couronner le tout, on essaie de nous faire payer une deuxième bouteille de vin.

A new chef to order from 1 year and a half with given again his letters of nobility in this restaurant that was exceptional a few years ago and following a bad management for 4 years had fallen asleep, gastronomic table according to the new chef with fresh ingredients and regularly changing menus.
We tried the menu business with 23,5€ and we enjoy ourselves, it gourmet, simple with was balanced, simple and efficient far from the fuss or kitchens microwave! here it is fresh and you realise there! has to rediscover urgently if you want to eat good, not too expensive.
