A fine and original cuisine in a restaurant with an original decor in Saint-Rémy.
The place is quiet, pleasant, the service impeccable, but it is especially in the plates that we appreciate the visit. Indeed, the chef strives to serve a fine and original cuisine. At first glance, the plates seem a little light, but in the end, you leave the table with your taste buds totally satisfied. That's what we're looking for. The decoration is original and the place is a little out of time, although the hotel and restaurant are located in the heart of the city. As far as prices are concerned, we are in a four-star hotel. It's a choice!

Emplacement, gentillesse du personnel et rapport qualité prix très bon (149 euros la nuit, hors petit déjeuner, parking compris). Il y a un très joli jardin et piscine, un parking abrité et les chambres du jardin sont calmes et agréables. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste à l'entrée de la vieille ville et tout est accessible à pied.
Je ne peux que recommander vivement cet hôtel, même si le restaurant est fermé après la saison. Il y a suffisamment de possibilités pour manger dans les environs proches.
Je serais très heureux de revenir lors de ma prochaine visite. Je me sentais très bien. Merci beaucoup.
