A fine and original cuisine in a restaurant with an original decor in Saint-Rémy.

The place is quiet, pleasant, the service impeccable, but it is especially in the plates that we appreciate the visit. Indeed, the chef strives to serve a fine and original cuisine. At first glance, the plates seem a little light, but in the end, you leave the table with your taste buds totally satisfied. That's what we're looking for. The decoration is original and the place is a little out of time, although the hotel and restaurant are located in the heart of the city. As far as prices are concerned, we are in a four-star hotel. It's a choice!

La formule ayant changée, on vous propose au restaurant (du mercredi au dimanche - midi et soir, ou la carte (courte) ou le menu unique à 19,90 € entrée-plat ou plat dessert, ou 24,90 € pour les trois. Pas de choix, donc appelez le restaurant le matin pour connaître le menu du jour (change chaque jour). Profitez aussi le lundi et mardi (jour de fermeture du restaurant) d'un brunch servi de 7h30 à 14h30 pour 19 € (!) avec saumon fumé, charcuteries, fromages, viennoiseries, omelettes (+5 €) etc..., café compris, vin au verre à 6-7 €. Excellent pour un en-cas...Très bien et très apprécié (restaurant: réserver!)
