MAS SAUVAGEON
Ex-restaurant on a small road in Les Saintes with a green garden and a terrace.
If you want to admire the flights of flamingos, book right away at Marie-Laurence Cano-Malher and Francisco Javier. They took over the Mas du Sauvageon in 2008, a former restaurant for gypsy evenings. They turned it into a small 11-room hotel located on a small road 5 km from Les Saintes and 2 km from the park. The advantage of the address is that it is not located on the road. A large green garden, the nature side is the other great advantage of this Mas. Very meticulous, neat, clean. White walls. and the Camargue spirit in the detail. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the garden. Home-made jam. The address welcomes many regulars.
