At Entre2côtes, you will indeed have an impressive selection of quality products: black angus beef steak, steak of Piedmont, Limousin tartare steak, pork loin Pata negra, duck breast... It is also the perfect place to enjoy offal on trust. Including a traditional sausage, veal kidneys with mustard sauce and veal liver with parsley. Futé enjoyed its smoked duck breast salad followed by an immediate smoked salmon steak with sweet spices. Well seasoned and well cooked, these dishes satisfied our carnivorous appetite! We will return to taste the gourmet hamburger with its steak of 180 grams and his duck foie gras...
