La Soupe à Mémé proposes to taste, in a warm atmosphere of yesteryear, dishes made with local, fresh and mostly organic products. From appetizers to desserts, you can rediscover Alsatian gastronomy in a different way, brought up to date with a good dose of creativity. For vegans or gluten-free diets, there are just as many proposals. We particularly appreciated the ravioles, not very filling and very tasty, which really change from those we are used to taste in other restaurants.
