Infinitely warm with its exposed beams, its walls in pink Vosges sandstone and its local decoration, this Alsatian winstub immediately makes you want to settle down. Sonia and Sacha know how to highlight the good regional products. Among the must-sees: the sauerkraut from the Ades sauerkraut shop, cooked on the spot with its seven (!) fillings. Then come the pork cheeks braised with pinot noir, and the "bouchée à la reine" with free-range chicken and veal shoulder accompanied by succulent butter nudle. An address where one eats very well!
