Ettore Bugatti initiated the creation of La Fourchette des Ducs. Looking for a place to welcome his clients, he encouraged his friends Lucien Weissenburger, Charles Spindler and René Lalique to create this exceptional place. In summer, Nicolas Stamm and Serge Schaal invite you to a room decorated with works from the Baccarat workshops or those of the artist Marc Petit, in winter, you can follow in the footsteps of Ettore Bugatti and René Lalique. Already the decor is sublime and wonderful, but the dishes follow: caviar, foie gras or frogs' legs as a starter, then lobster, scallops, sweetbreads, beef, salt, deer or pigeon, and as a dessert mocha yergacheffe, paris-brest or forêt noire. To taste everything, take the menus! Alsatian values, innovation, love of good products and cuisine, humanism and kindness characterize the team.
