A real institution in Obernai, this brasserie restaurant is a must! Located on the central square, it offers a menu that combines regional and traditional recipes in a rustic and very neat setting. You can taste the gourmet specialities in Munster: Schniederspätzle which are delicious ravioli, Munster sauce, royal sauerkraut with 5 to 8 toppings, a hearty pork shank with horseradish, baeckeofe, but also mussels and many other delicacies. You can also enjoy the setting, including the terrace, only for a drink.

Difficile de faire à la fois de la haute qualité et un grand nombre de couverts. La choucroute commandée était appétissante, bien servie, mais juste tiède. Quant aux tartes flambées, la crème est trop liquide et la pâte insuffisamment cuite.
C'est dommage, car le restaurant est idéalement situé, le personnel agréable et les prix corrects.
