The museum presents a collection of local archaeology, from prehistory to the Middle Ages, including the result of excavations of the ancient town of Ropes ruined by the Goths; traditional objects of domestic, agricultural and craft life in the th and th centuries: 1757 balance, movement of the old clock of the city, evoking a bourbonnaise chamber of the beginning of the century, collection of paintings of French artists (school of Aumance), drawings, engravings, paintings.
