Just what is needed away from the big gargoyle to ensure us a little peace, this G'Astrologue is one of the best addresses in Briançon. A beautiful traditional house where the welcome is always adorable and the service considerate. Beautiful drawings; childish and colorful, decorate a menu composed of home-made dishes created by Jean-Claude. Home cooking with wild herbs: Fondant of chicken livers with hazelnuts, ravioles of Champsaur au gratin and the inevitable Gastrolette. Home-made desserts and wines from the Hautes-Alpes.

Toute la carte est originale,inattendue et surprenante (nous avons testé un maximum de plats) L'art d'accommoder les herbes sauvages dont on ne voudrait pas dans son jardin. Un petit resto qui paye pas de mine mais dont on se souviendra longtemps.
Copieux à prix très convenable. On a remarqué aussi le plaisir des propriétaires pour leur métier.
Pour info, il nous arrive de fréquenter des 2 ou 3 étoiles gastronomiques.
